The range of food and beverage facilities available in the village ensures that all tastes are catered for. Within the Hermitage, there are two restaurants, the Alpine Restaurant (Buffet), and the Panorama Restaurant (A la Carte), as well as a Coffee Shop and Snowline Bar. The Chamois Bar in the nearby Glencoe Lodge is open daily throughout summer for bar meals in the evening.

The Sir Edmund Hillary Alpine Centre Café and Bar provides a unique and inspiring atmosphere in which to refresh, refuel and relax.  Specialising in classic Kiwi fare with a modern twist, it also offers floor to ceiling views of Aoraki Mount Cook, New Zealand’s tallest mountain, from indoor or outdoor seating.
