Due to the busy nature of The Hermitage, we recommend dinner reservations in our restaurants. Dining after 8pm will avoid the tour groups who usually dine earlier in the evenings. The Alpine Restaurant serves a sumptuous buffet dinner with spectacular views of Mount Cook from every seat in the restaurant. The Panorama Restaurant boasts an a la carte menu in a candle lit atmosphere, looking out on Mount Cook. To make a reservation or for more details, please contact our reservations team.
